Ready-to-ship Pieces
Original, one of a kind sculptures created by the artist in advance. They are ready to be sent and therefore perfect if you are short on time.
To inquire about the available pieces and the estimated delivery date, please send an email or fill out the online form, detailing what kind of sculpture is needed.
Custom Pieces
Sculptures created to suit the needs and desires of each client, always in the distinctive Fili di Poesia aesthetic. It is recommended to send in your request well in advance, as lead times may be longer at certain times of the year.

Gift box
Every piece is packaged in a scented gift box and a small thank you gift. Certificate of authenticity is included.
Every piece is delivered via tracked shipping for your peace of mind. On request, it is possible to add a note free of charge.

How to purchase
- Please contact Fili di Poesia via email or contact form, including the following essential information: date and type of event, desired pieces, quantity, shipping destination.
- Once an agreement has been reached, Fili di Poesia will provide a signed contract and it will be possible to proceed with payment.
- The accepted payment methods are exclusively bank transfer or credit card (through the Paypal system- it is not necessary to create an account in order to use this).

How much time do I have to confirm my order and proceed with the payment?
For ready-to-ship pieces, given the high demand, you may proceed with payment within 24 hours of receiving the contract. If the payment does not go through within the stated period, Fili di Poesia cannot guarantee that the piece will still be available in the future.
For custom pieces (made to order), the validity of the quotation will be stated in the confirmation email sent by Fili di Poesia, as it may change on a case by case basis.
What information do I need to provide to receive my order?
Via email, please provide the following: name, surname, address.
For tracked shipping, the following details are also needed: telephone number, email address and shipping address.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
Only in some cases. During the less busy periods, Fili di Poesia may accept orders of custom pieces to be delivered quickly, at an additional cost. To know whether this is possible, simply send an email to filidipoesia@gmail.com
