My creations are exclusively handmade with great attention to detail: for this reason the available pieces are limited. I can only accept a certain number of personalised orders, so if you wish to secure an original Fili di Poesia piece please reach out well in advance.

I am open from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. You can expect a reply within 48 hours of sending your email.
During busy periods, such as around Christmas or the wedding high season (May - October) I might take a slightly longer time to reply. If you have contacted me via social media (Instagram, Facebook) and you have not received a reply within two days, it is possible I have not received your message. In this case, please send me an email.
